1. 掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务。

2. 管理好楼层的定额物品，严格控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收。

3. 负责楼层公共区域卫生和房间的清洁工作。

4. 负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工

任职要求：

1. 身体健康，五官端正，口齿清晰。

2. 具备良好的服务意识,能吃苦耐劳。

3. 具有高星级酒店一年以上相关工作经验者优先。
