| 职位职责和职位要求
(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：
|
|
Main Responsibilities:
Perform Effective Supplier Audit
1. Define audits and surveys to ensure that all suppliers are meeting our business requirements to include flow down and quality standards
2. Ability to execute supplier audit activities related to both validation and on-going management of quality execution capabilities.
Supplier Performance Management and Development
1. Assist SQE Manager to monitoring, report and support of supplier quality metrics and performance.
2. Responsible for supporting supplier corrective action and continuous improvement activities.
Complement Site Operations in Supplier-related Activities
1. Support sites on incoming inspection, problem part resolution through all phases of operations.
2. Facilitate reporting and notifying suppliers of cost-recovery requirements resulting from the need to contain, segregate or handle non-conforming parts.
3. Support alternative supplier selection.
4. Participates in customer-facing supplier quality activities.
5. In charge of drawing review on CEC/PCB and follow up the DRR/EQ to ensure the NPI/ECO part to close efficiently.
Provide Support to Site regarding Site Quality Management System
1. Support overall site Quality Management System through metrics, auditing, etc.
2. Mentor and support RI activities and process effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement
1. Work on special project as requested to resolve problem or productivity improvement.
Qualifications:
1. With Bachelor degree and Engineering related major, such as mechanical, automation, mechatronics preferred.
2. With 4-year above experience in supplier quality engineering. Subject matter expert on core Manufacturing processes, such as machining, die casting, injection molding, molding/tooling, etc., especially have good ideas of engineering solutions.
3. Be good at quality management and audit skills, have quality auditor qualification and the related work experience, external auditor qualification as a plus.
4. Ability to effectively communicate, work under pressure, team building and good execution and good sense customer service.
5. Good oral and written communication in English and computer skills are needed.
