(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：

Duties and responsibilities工作任务和职责
For Customer Business Officer I （CBO-I）:
1.Understanding of engine, Safran or CR operational processes （including but not limited to SO creation, order execution, MRB review and approval, invoice issuance, warranty claim handing etc.）
了解engine，Safran/ CR运作流程（包括但不限于SO创建，订单执行，MRB审查&批准，发票开具，保修索赔等）。
2.Participation and achievement in improvement project（s）.
参与改进项目，并取得一定成果。
3.Assistant on new staff training, department KPI updates.
协助新员工培训、部门 KPI 更新。
4.Be able to full backup supporting within team.
能够为团队提供全面的后备支持。
5.Able to lead the assigned/allocated customer on sit visits/calls and highlight risks.
能够带领指定/分配的客户进行实地考察/拜访，并甄别风险。
6.Be able to effectively communicate with customer and solve customer issues/dispute in timely manner.
能够与客户进行有效沟通，及时解决客户问题/纠纷。
7.Be able to cooperate cross departments to drive TAT to meet with customer need.
能够跨部门合作，推动 TAT 满足客户需求。
8.Able to prepare labor report and highlight issues.
能够编制labor report，突出问题点。
9.Issue invoice on time without errors.
能够准确及时地开具发票。
For Customer Business Officer II （CBO-II）, all criteria of CBO-I will apply and, in addition:
10.Full understanding of engine, Safran or CR operational processes.
充分理解engine，Safran/CR的运作流程。
11.Clear achievement in at least two improvement projects.
在改进项目中取得显著成果。
12.Be able to solve customer issues/dispute with win-win solution.
能够在解决客户问题/纠纷同时实现双赢。
13.Able to set up master data in SAP  VK profile, contract set up, service material master.
能够在 SAP 中设置主数据，如 VK 档案、合同设置、服务材料主数据。
Qualifications and Requirements 任职资格和要求
1.Bachelor degree or above, engineering or business related major preferred.
本科及以上学历，工程或商务相关专业优先。
2.Good interpersonal and presentation skills, able to work under pressure and perform as a team player.
良好的人际交往和表达能力，抗压，具有团队合作精神。
3. Professional proficiency of English, including written, spoken and comprehension, CET6/TEM8 preferred.
熟练的英语听说读写能力, CET6/TEM8者优先。
