| 职位职责和职位要求
(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：
|
|
岗位描述：
1、依据销售的信息出具报价单并做好信息记录和维护；
2、追踪收齐开案必须的资料和样品，安排开案；
3、作为客户和实验室之间的有效沟通桥梁，及时反馈客户和实验室的信息并落实。包括测试结果通知、补样、补资料、案件取消或者金额修改等；
4、持续协调管理项目进度，做好与各个团队对接窗口的协调工作；
5、负责跟进客户付款情况、出发票，发送证书报告、发票、退样。
岗位要求：
1、大学专科或以上学历；有同行工作经验优先；
2、具有高度责任心，优秀的表达能力与沟通协调能力；
3、做事认真细致、有条理； 有一定的学习能力；
4、具有较强的工作积极性、客户服务意识及团队合作精神；
5、良好的英语读写能力；
6、良好的办公室操作软件的应用能力。
