As a Customer Support Specialist Intern, you will be responsible for providing internal and external customer support （ technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance） and coordinating with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China. Reporting to the Sales Support Manager - Customer Support, you will collect customer requirements on samples, discount and arrange the samples delivery.
- Collect EML order and project details, update and maintenance on the designated tools - Help to make custom clearance documents and work with forwarders/brokers to ensure timely shipment arrangement - Prepares and analyzes regular statistics （ forecast） using available tools and collecting relevant information service. Develops, implements, and maintains customer support processes. Participates in customer support related development projects （ tools, competences, resources）. - Help track target performance, collecting required data, consolidating and making the reports as required
- A Bachelor or master’s degree major in International trade, Marketing, Business English etc. - Excellent English ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing - Excellent social network, active, team player, self-motivated, patience, responsible
