As a QC Electronic engineer, you will be responsible for electronic parts issue resolution and continues improvement by leading cross function PPS team for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.
You will be responsible for new product implementation: work with RD or PE to define the electronic material quality requirement for new product and lead internal PPAP for electronic parts.
- Leading to define and implement the electronic components quality control strategy （supplier and ABB） to improve supplier ppm, production FPY and customer ppm related to electronics.
- Leading electronic PPS （practical problem solving） team including RD/IQC/SQE/Eng. to prioritize and solve the quality issue from customer claim, production line, implement the short term and long-term solution on time and quality. Global communication needed for top or critical case resolution
- Setting up systematic methodology （DMAIC） for the electronic issue resolution and help manager to build up electronic team competence in QC department.
- Supporting SQE team for PCBA supplier management, audit and corrective action.
- Ensuring cross function-culture collaboration to ensure that internal and external customer are satisfied.
- 5 years above of electronical working Experience, and familiar with PCBA testing and manufacturing process
- Must be able to work under pressure to complete the tasks on time.
- Good understanding of electronical drawing, problem analysis and solving skills. and Familiar with quality tools. （eg, Fishbone, PPAP, MSA, CPK, FMEA..）
- A Bachelor’s degree（or above）, major in electronics.
- Good communication in English reading, writing, oral, CET4 equivalent or above.
- Strong leadership and good interpersonal communication skills.
