| 职位职责和职位要求
(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：
|
|
Job Description：
1. Establish, Maintain and Control of Quality System
- Act as Quality System owner to establish new regulatory guidelines and industrial standard in quality system and work with site QA to ensure compliance at sites/region
- Remain abreast of new and ever-changing applicable quality system standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the creation, maintenance and implementation of quality system procedures to ensure processes consistently produce high quality results and meets applicable standards and regulatory requirements
- Directly interface with internal customers to clearly and concisely communicate quality system and regulatory requirements.
- Drive relevant teams （or site SMEs） within the APAC organization to close the QMS gaps when observed.
- Provide overview of Plexus QMS to external providers as and when required.

2. Lead and Support Audit Process at Regional/Site Level
- Participate/Lead in agency/ customer audits/visits as requested, ensure timely response and follow through on corrective actions to audit findings
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality system and identify areas for improvement

3. Continuous Improvement and Education
-Work on special project as requested to improve Quality System related activities
- Work collaboratively with other functional teams to promote awareness in adhering to regulatory requirements and maintenance of compliance records
- Provide trainings on standard/regulatory requirements and auditors.

4. Provide Guidance on Development and Completion of CAPA
- Support, promote and report corrective and preventive action activities
- Work with owners of corrective action issues to ensure resolution is implemented in a timely manner according to defined performance goals
- Emphazise the importance of accurately defining the situation, root cause, and corrective action plans prior to implementation
- Confirm that supporting documentation reflects actions taken

任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree and above, engineering background is preferred
2.Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
3.Knowledge & experience on relevant regulations and industry standards, such as ISO9001（Must ）, ISO22163（Preferred）, AS9100（Preferred）, Nadcap（Prefered）,ISO 13485（Preferred）
4.Proficient language skills（written & spoken） in Chinese and English.
