| 职位职责和职位要求
(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：
|
|
Principal Duties主要职责:
1. Perform disassembly/assembly/Cleaning of nacelle components for repair and overhaul.
进行机舱部件的拆卸/装配/清洁以进行维修和大修。
2. Perform troubleshooting, modification and maintenance works.
执行故障排除、修改和维护工作。
3. Perform reverser and non-reversers tasks in accordance with instructions efficiently Communicate with Engineer.
根据指示有效地完成逆向和非逆向工作。
4. Perform defect rectification work, reassemble of parts, tests and functional checks as necessary and certify the work done progressively.
必要时进行缺陷纠正、零件重组、测试和功能检查，并逐步证明所做的工作。
5. Observe safety rules and practices and use safety equipment as provided by the company at all times during work.
在工作过程中始终遵守安全规则和操作规程，使用公司提供的安全设备。
6. Clean and return all tools and equipment to their original place for safe keeping and easy access to other users.
清洁并将所有工具和设备放回原处，以便安全保存，方便其他用户使用
7. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
保持整洁的工作环境。
Qualification任职条件:
1. Diploma Holder in Mechanical/Aviation Engineering.
机械/航空工程专业大专或以上学历；
2. Experience with Aviation MRO Sheet metal skill.
有MRO钣金技术经验；
3. Able to understand simple English, both and written is an advantage.
能熟练运用英语口语和书写者优先；
4. Min. 5 years working experience in MRO environment.
5年以上MRO相关工作经验；
5. Knowledge on technical documentation used （Service Bulletin, OEM documents, CMM, IPC, etc.）
熟悉使用的技术文件（服务公告，OEM文件，CMM, IPC等）；
6. Preferably with CAAC TA license, CAAC Grade 2 in English skill.
有CAAC助教执照者优先，CAAC二级英语水平者优先；
7. Good attitude with strong team player.
良好的工作态度和团队合作精神。
Relevant Experience相关经验:
1. Understand airworthiness regulations （CAAC/FAA/EASA）.
了解适航法规（CAAC/FAA/EASA）；
2. Understand use of Sheetmetal Special tooling.
有机舱钣金经验者优先。
