| 职位职责和职位要求
(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：
|
|
Principal Duties主要职责:
1.Perform tasks associated with the repair/overhaul of the bonded （sheet metal and composite） aircraft components in accordance with instructions/specifications.
根据指令/规范执行与保税（钣金和复合材料）飞机部件的修理/大修相关的任务。
2.Perform disassembly, cleaning （water cleaning, sanding, bead blasting and other approved methods）, inspection checks, perform repairs and reassembly as necessary and certify works done.
进行拆卸，清洗（水清洗，喷砂，喷珠和其他批准的方法），检查检查，必要时进行维修和重组，并证明完成的工作。
3.Perform troubleshooting, modification and maintenance works.
执行故障排除、修改和维护工作。
4.Operate Autoclave, Oven Hot bonder operation as necessary.
必要时操作热压罐，烤箱，热压机操作
5.Perform localized heat blanket equipment and accessories.
执行局部热毯设备和附件。
Qualification任职条件:
1.Diploma in Mechanical/Aviation Engineering.
机械/航空工程专业大专或以上学历；
2.Minimum five （5） years relevant MRO experiences in Aircraft component composite & metal bonding.
至少5年飞机部件复合材料和金属焊接MRO相关经验；
3.Able to understand in English both spoken and written is an advantage.
能熟练运用英语口语和书写者优先；
4.Knowledge on technical documentation used （Service Bulletin, OEM documents, CMM, IPC, etc.）.
熟悉使用的技术文件（服务公告，OEM文件，CMM, IPC等）；
5.Preferably with CAAC TA license, CAAC Grade 2 in English skill.
有CAAC助教执照者优先，CAAC二级英语水平者优先；
6.Good attitude with strong team player.
良好的工作态度和团队合作精神。
Relevant Experience相关经验:
1.Understand airworthiness regulations （CAAC/FAA/EASA）
了解适航法规（CAAC/FAA/EASA）
2.Knowledge of bonding repair.
有焊接维修知识
