Main Job Responsibilities 1. Branding and Marketing Strategy Planning: Formulate and implement global marketing strategies and plans, including E-commence, digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing according to group and regional level business plan. Ensure regional marketing activities align with overall strategies and adjust based on market feedback. Crisis Management & Risk Management of Brand 2. Product Promotion: ? Participate in product development and market positioning to ensure products meet market needs and brand positioning. ? Be responsible for global launch plans and promotion strategies for new products. 3. Partnership Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key global partners to drive project implementation and development. Participate in international exhibitions and events to expand business networks and brand influence. 4. Market Analysis and Research: Analyse global market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, optimizing market strategies. 5. Budget Management and Performance Evaluation: Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective resource utilization. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, regularly report performance, and propose improvements. 6. Team Management and Coordination: Lead and manage the global marketing team, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Coordinate marketing activities across regions to ensure efficient execution and resource sharing.
Job Requirements: Bachelor‘s degree and above, major in marketing, or related communications field, MBA preferred; Over 10 years’ experience, at least 5 year experience in managing and leading a marketing team in international senior business or marketing management position in renewable energy industry or home appliance as the main contributor; Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities, proficiency in E-commerce operation and digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing and content marketing; Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
