| 职位职责和职位要求
(Job Responsibilities & Requirements)：

|
Main job contents 主要工作内容：
1） Work closely and cooperate with the R&D team, Laboratory technician and PM for M-FORGE project development and helmet testing, help on M-FORGE material incoming inspection issues.
紧密配合 研发，实验室，项目经理完成对M-FORGE开发和安全帽测试，协助M-FORGE原材料来料检验问题反馈。
2） Own the on-site development execution and progress, own for helmet homologation, process development and improvement, including shell layup validation, CAD layout, nesting program, sewing, molding trial, EPS padding density request and definition, trimming shell spec definition together with mechanical engineer.
负责现场开发工作的执行和进度管控，包括帽壳排叠开发，CAD排版设定，布料切割程序，车缝，成型试做验证，EPS密度设定，与结构工程师一起定义切割帽壳规范。
3） All related SOP create, maintenance and release to each stakeholder.
所有相关步骤的SOP的建立, 维护和发行给所有对应相关人员。
4） Take responsible for technical affair related to sewing thread, mold release agent, clean agent, tools and process set up, etc
负责与技术相关工作内容，开发车缝线，脱模机，洗模剂开发验证，以及必备工具工艺设定。
5） Follow up, analyze homologation test results and propose improve layup design accordingly.
跟踪、分析认证测试结果并做出相应排叠设计改进建议
6） Support manufacturing team and solve the quality issues during manufacturing, maintenance the criteria if necessary
支持制造团队，解决制造过程中的质量问题，必要时修改标准
7） Researching the latest industry processes allows us to develop products that are among the best in the market
研究最新的产品工艺和技术，使我们的产品成为市场上最好的产品提出想法
8） Provide testing/ progress reports, cooperate with Headquarters R&D team to figure out the workable process during the new product development stage and in MAT Research projects.
提供测试/进度报告，和总部研发 同事一起制定MAT 研发项目可行的新产品工艺流程
9） Continuing to optimize process, reduce cycle times, introduce the advanced tools and equipment
持续工艺优化，缩短生产周期，引进先进的设备和工具
Educational background 教育背景
- College’s degree or above.专科及以上学历
- Major in Composite Materials & Engineering is preference 复合材料与工程专业优先
Work experience 工作经验
- More than 3 years’ working experience in composite material manufacturing processes，weave or relevant industry area 复合材料加工、纺织等相关工作经验3年以上
Hard skills 硬性技能
- Hands-on experience in processing/ manufacturing of composite materials and parts.
具有复合材料及零部件加工制造经验。
- Proficiency with 2D designing tool CAD
熟练掌握2D设计软件如CAD nesting
- Have the ability to develop, implement, improve and evaluate production 具备产品的开发、实施、改进及评估能力
- Project management and teamwork ability 项目管理和团队合作能力
- Ability to take detailed record of trials and report in a clear and structured way. 能够详细记录试验过程，并以清晰、有条理的方式报告试验结果
- English as work language in written and verbal 可以用英语书面和简单口头沟通
- Have root cause analysis ability, can independently organize root cause analysis, and formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures 具备根源分析能力，能独立组织开展根源分析，并协助制定、实施纠正和预防措施
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT熟练使用Microsoft办公软件，如：Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT等
- Familiarity with ISO rules, regulations, helmet related standards. 熟悉ISO规则要求，安全帽相关标准
Soft skills 软性技能
- Time schedule management （Such as attend and finish meeting on time, close the task before the deadline） and self-organization to handle multiple tasks 时间管理（如开会准时、事情按时间节点完成等）并且可以合理安排多项工作
- Good problem solving and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and strong pressure resistance. 良好的问题解决能力和沟通能力，责任心强，抗压能力强
